I'm looking to team up with someone/some people to create a new free web services (e.g. blogs and forums) site.

I'm well positioned, with over 18 months experience with both free and paid web hosting, along with knowledge of several forum systems, CMSs and all the rest.

I should be able to provide a quality domain if you can provide the hosting.
