looking for a special host: forgot the name

A few months back I used a host where you made forum posts as a payment for the hosting part. It was called something with PP, or the points you got was something with PLV if I remember right. It was good but in the end It was annoying to make forum posts everyday. Still a friend of mine would like to use it so if anyone know please let me know =)
