Default The best free long term hosts at the moment?
Well I've been doing a lot of searching today to find a free host for my forum and below are links to the cream of the crop that I've come across. I based my recommendations on there being at least 100mb to play with and at least 1gig of bandwidth. All hosts are free and don't force banners but I accepted post-to-host schemes as long as it wasn't a stupid amount such as 20+ posts a month. Anyway on with the list, all links lead to their deals page for easy reference.

http://www.talkhost.info/ (posts required is total not per month)

http://www.stonerocket.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5 (posts required is total not per month)

http://www.x10hosting.com/ (currently closed new accounts but reopening on new years)

http://www.pricelesshost.net/index.php (I'm afraid I couldn't find the list of hosting options again as the forum is down, but it only accepts "quality" sites and usually closed communities offer the best hosting.

So do you guys have any thoughts on which I should go for or perhaps you have found some nice long term sites that offer a better deal?

Cewki.com just opened, and we are very reliable. We have our own dedicated box with a paid linux admin, along with NO ADS, MySQL, 50 MB storage, 1 GB bandwith, we also do not require you to post on our forums.

Reliability is not for you to judge yourself, it is for your hostees to judge when you start hosting them. TalkHost.info and x10Hosting.com are pretty good webhosts who came out about 1 year ago at the most. I remembered seeing them offering webhosting a few months after I start providing some free webhosting. Glad to see that they are still around.

People are looking for Quality most of the time and not Quantity. No one to get a plans that is free and the hosting company will closed in a month times.
