I need a free web hosting account with at least the following:

65mb space
1g transfer
Fantastico DeLuxe
cPanel
5+ MySQL
Preferrably a subdomain (not required)
1 email forwarder

I do not need much else, will not be a file hosting site either, I already have a paid host with 2g space, just doesn't offer what I need right for what I have in mind.

I am thinking that it will mainly be forum, but if necessary I can make it a website as well, I will just move some stuff from my paid site around.

I would prefer a host that can have me up soon, I have tried 5-9 free hosts that have approved me but never contacted me with login information.

Post below if you can provide this please! I am open to most options (advertisements, etc.) but I do not really have the time for pay by post (but go ahead and post below anyway please)
