Here are the following specifications:

• Subdomain or Domain hosting available.
  50 Megs
  1 Gigabyte Bandwith
  Cpanel Control Panel
  15 Email Address
  3 MySQL Databases

However, to insure that our hosting stays active and we won't have any dead weight sites, we require all sites apply for hosting on our forums. You do not have to be active on the forums to apply for hosting.
