I just sent an e-mail to them got a reply in about 10 min, sent them the info such as subddomain name ect. Got a second e-mail back saying account would be created in within the next hour. The entire conversation from my sending the first e-mail, till they sent the one saying they were creating the account was about 15 min. Nice.

After that I had to e-mail them again 24 hours later to say I hadn't recieved my account info. Then tried to set up a php nuke site and found I didn't have access to create a sql database. Spent the next two days e-mailing them and they said they would set it up for me. Last I heard from them was 2 days ago telling me where to find my files via ftp. Site still doesn't work and seems like they just gave up. So have I. Don't need an account that's this restrictive when so many others offer actual cPanel access and more flexability.
