I'm looking for:
ASP.NET Host
50 mb space
500 mb bandwidth
MSSQL Database
Plesk or simple control panel
FTP Access
Custom Erros if possible

thats about it

I need it for testing purposes with MSSQL.

I doubt you will find this.

Windows based webhosting is very expensive and very very few free webhosting providers use it.
