After you upload the files, you do the neccessary MySQL, and then do the CHMODing.

I suggest reading the manual inside of the IPB.

If you purchased IPB 2.0.x then ask IPB for live support.

im 15 and have 7 websites i wanted to start a fourm so i bought invisoin power board i upladed all the upload files i dont know any fancy terms like sql or anything i just want to install the dam thing

Well, if you bought the damn thing, then go to your Client Center, or contact staff.

They will help you... As long as you paid.
