1. why don't you use cpanel or plesk ?
We don't want to as this will raise the price a little bit, but our objective is let everyone happy on hosting with a reasonable price, so we use opensource tools to deal with it.

2. I was try to goto http://www.hkeasyhost.com but nothing could see, what is your business about ?
We are working on our web site, because the same point that we want to cut the price a bit for customer, we don't have a business web site doesn't means that our service would be poor, test it with 1 month free tiral, and we are sure that you will get the best service in the world.
