It really depends on how much money you want to sink into the business. One piece of advice that I have is, don’t get a cheap resellers (Trust me on this one). Pay a little more for a reseller that has been around for some time. You will end up spending more time and money in the end if you go with a cheap reseller. After you have had your reseller for some time and are profitable, then you might look into some kind of dedicated sever.

i have a very small budget, so i:
1. found a cheap reseller
2. paid for two month for a small reselling plan
3. advertised on forums, directories
and now...
trying to growup and then buy dedicated server, then second and finally build large mantasman networks...

Not being funny but in this business (as with many) it's a bit difficult to forecast any sort of profit margins as you don't know how successful an online marketing campaign will be.

Anyone got any good ways of making predictions in their business plans?
