Basically advertise it in the free hosting sections at the bottom of the forum and wait for the other sites to pick it up.
Some of the big directories that we older providers were able to get into don't accept "post for host" providers anymore and are removing old ones that they feel don't meet their standards.
Google around for free webhosting directories and submit your website.
