is there any script for free file hosting websites (preferably with user signups, bandwith limits, file manager etc)

I would advise against file hosting really - all you will get is people linking to the files, so how you make money escapes me.

You also risk a lot of illegal files e.t.c.

well i have began to code my own

it stores the files in a secure mysql database, and uses sessions + referrer data to stop hotlinking/linkpasters

i will also code a full admin area with usergroups etc where certian usergroups get certian amount of space etc, it will have support center where you can message admins, the admin area will have file search etc to search for warez files, like search for all rar files and there will also be options to make you have to login to download, a maximum download per file can also be set, or maximum downloads per month per user and a maximum space this user can use. it is also possible to currently set the max files (upload forms) that the user can upload at any one time and a maximum bandwith per month per usergroup can be set

i hope to include alot more features, currently its around 30% done, i may release it when its done (if anyone wants it :p)
