A Host Suspended My ACCOUNT - 4 NO REASON!

O_O My files have been locked and my domain deactivated by my host: intercom-solutions.net // intercom-solutions.com

I signed up for there hosting a few months ago, and I payed them then, then this month(September) my host decided to host me for FREE as a favor because we became close and I was his business partner.

Last week, he comes to me and ask's me, " Do you want to close your site, and help me with mine? " I said no, I have school and barely have enough time for my own site.

Then next minute, my account closed, my domain deactivated since the domain was bought through his host, he has complete control of it. I ask why he starts swearing at me and telling me I not this and that and it turns ugly. I don't know how I can get my stuff back, he is trying to ignore me online.

I am at the point where I will have to attack his servers until I get my sh!t back, I really hate to do this but am losing income, my site made me some revenue, over 250$ a month from google and now I don't have that no more. I am really pissed cause he has no reason, I hope you all understand me, I hate to attack him by flooding his servers, but I HAVE NO CHOICE, my hard work is going the drain because this person is jealous of my work and wants me to help him for no reason...

Is there anyway I can get my stuff back LEGALLY??? He has suspended my account...so please offer me your advice, maybe I can SUE HIM? Anyway idea is fine, because my way might get me in trouble but right now I a man with nothing to lose O_O. Any suggestions are fine.

Have you tried doing a whois search and getting some information, if this information is correct I would contact them with the phone or maybe the email address listed

I would advise you to reconsider doing anything like that because it is very much illegal and could land you with a huge fine or jail time.

As others have suggested, I would do a WHOIS on them and see if you can get a phone number to call.

Do you backup your files? Always keep a backup of your files. If you can get your files, contact me and I will host your files for free until you get back on your feet. Don't attack him, that's just sinking down to his level.

Yeah i think there is another side to the story and your wanting advice example; to take action against him or get him taken down.

Well, he can do whatever he wants. Its his business. However fraud is accountable.
