It seems that there are issues with FreeWHT's helpdesk. I tried submitting a username change request (w/c as per FWHT/WHT rules is allowed, w/in limits), but received errors in the helpdesk that prevented the ticket from going through. Previous attempts to use the helpdesk (eg. reports) also raised errors.

FreeWHT staff, please advise on what to do next as it seems the helpdesk is not functioning as it should. Thanks! ^^
